TRIX 'GETTING STARTED' GMS2 FILE
Trix has made a project in Game Maker Studio 2 that sets up the Nokia 3310 restrictions and contains the following:
- Color palette macros (n_white & n_black are the nokia colors)
- Pixel perfect scaling (rescaleable window)
- Audio overlap script (makes it so you can't play multiple sounds at once)
Be sure to check out Trix's twitter here !
SLOTHDEVLLAMA GODOT STARTER PROJECT
This starter project contains the following:
- Everything inside the Game.tscn scene will be rendered with two colors from the official palette while also applying an ordered dithering shader.
- Simple sound system only allowing one sound at a time. Music will be cut when a sound effect is played.

For anyone who is going to participate by using the Godot Engine, you can use my starter project: https://github.com/TheWhiteLlama/nokia3310-jam-godot-starter

Let me know if this breaks the rules too much =)
I found some good public domain 3x5 and 4x5 fonts here:
